Aaron Hudson is a registered psychologist and full member of the Australian Psychological Society. Aaron works with adults and adolescents to manage their mental and emotional health; improve their mood; and overcome stressful and challenging circumstances.
Aaron completed his Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology through Monash University, and has worked as a psychologist in private practice and secondary school settings. Aaron draws on several evidence based approaches in his work with clients, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
Aaron has experience providing psychological support to individuals living with depression, anxiety, stress, anger, and relationship difficulties. Aaron is dedicated to supporting his clients and providing high quality care. Aaron brings a warm, non-judgemental approach to his sessions which helps clients feel at ease, comfortable and supported as they work through their unique challenges. Aaron works to equip clients with helpful tools that they can use in their own lives to manage and overcome areas of difficulty.

He has experience counselling adolescents in secondary school settings and enjoys supporting clients with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, behavioural challenges, anger, and emotional regulation difficulties.
James takes an empathetic, caring, and non-judgmental approach to therapy, creating a safe space where clients feel heard and supported. He values genuine, collaborative relationships and works alongside clients to help them build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. He tailors therapy to each individual, drawing on clients’ unique strengths to help them achieve their goals.
James uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).
